Fortius Vizslas began in 2011. Throughout the years, we have had the privilege of mentorship and advice from many reputable, respected and established breeders. We are so thankful to them for allowing us the opportunity to give a home to such loving companions who bring great amounts of joy and happiness to our lives.
We are located just west of Dallas, TX in the LBJ Grasslands. Our dogs are part of our family. We compete and participate in AKC field trials, hunt tests, and conformation shows. We are also active members of Vizsla Club of America (VCA), the Texas Gulf Coast Vizslas Club (TGCVC), and the Conestoga Vizsla Club (CVC). We are focused on the continued and ongoing improvement of the versatile Vizsla - sound health and temperament, natural hunting instinct and correct conformation. We breed with health and temperament as a top priority. We only occasionally have puppies available. We carefully plan breedings, and because of the dedication and hard work that goes into planning, any potential puppy buyers are thoroughly screened. We abide by and follow the Vizsla Club of America's Code of Ethics.
